SpartaSNet is operated by Sparta Enterprise Ltd (company number 514437144). This page describes what the fit finder at spartasnet.com/global-employment actually does with data. It is a description of the running system, not a statement of intent.
You are anonymous unless you choose otherwise
There is no account, no login and no password. You can complete the whole finder and see your full result without telling us who you are. Giving us an email address is optional, it is offered only after your result is already on screen, and your result stays visible whether or not you take it up.
What we collect
A session cookie
One first-party cookie, sn_sid. It holds a random session identifier and a signature, and it exists so your answers can be attached to your session and so nobody else can write into it. It is HttpOnly (page scripts cannot read it), SameSite=Lax, sent only over HTTPS, and it expires after 30 days. We set no advertising cookies and no analytics cookies, and the finder loads no third-party tracking scripts.
How you arrived
When you land on the finder we record the campaign information in the address, if there is any: msclkid, gclid, fbclid, ttclid, the five utm_* parameters, the referring page and the path you landed on. This is recorded once per session and never overwritten. We use it to understand which campaigns bring people who find the tool useful.
Technical information
- A salted, one-way hash of your IP address, used for rate limiting. The IP address itself is never written to our database.
- The two-letter country our host reports for the connection.
- Your browser’s user-agent string.
What you tell the finder
- Your answers to the eight questions, including any you change your mind about.
- The result we computed: the version of the scoring rules used, each provider’s fit score, the reasons shown, and which two providers were displayed.
- Which steps you viewed and which links you clicked, so we can see where the tool loses people.
Only if you opt in
- Your email address.
- The exact wording of the consent you agreed to, the time you agreed, and a hash of the IP it came from, so we can show what was agreed and when.
What we never do with it
- We do not put your data in the links to providers. When you click through to a provider, the link carries a single opaque token derived by one-way hash. Your email address, your
msclkid, your UTM values, your answers and your session identifier are not in it and are not sent to the provider. - We do not sell personal data.
- We do not share your answers or your email address with the providers we rank.
- We do not build advertising profiles or run retargeting from this site.
Who processes it for us

Email you opt into
If you ask for your comparison by email, we send it and then a series of follow-up emails about choosing a provider, spread over the following 30 days. Every one of them carries a working unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops the sequence immediately: anything still scheduled for you is cancelled rather than merely skipped. You can also just reply and ask.
How long we keep it
We keep the data described above for as long as we run the finder. We have not set an automatic deletion schedule, so if you want your data removed, email hello@spartasnet.com and we will delete it.
Your rights
Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@spartasnet.com. There is no self-service tool for this; a person handles the request. If you never gave us an email address, we have no way to connect a session to you, so please send us enough detail to find the record.

Outside the fit finder, spartasnet.com is a static brochure site. Those pages contain no forms, collect nothing, and load no analytics or advertising scripts.
