These terms cover your use of spartasnet.com and the fit finder on it. The site is operated by Sparta Enterprise Ltd, company number 514437144. Using the site means accepting what follows.
What the fit finder is
It is a provider-selection aid. You answer eight questions about how you employ people, and it scores a fixed list of global employment providers against those answers, shows you the two that score highest, and tells you the trade-off between them. That is the whole of what it does.
What it is not
- It is not legal, tax, employment or payroll advice. Employment law, tax treatment and payroll obligations differ by country and by your circumstances. Take those questions to a qualified adviser and to the provider.
- It is not a statement of what a provider supports. We do not assert country coverage, product capability or pricing for any provider. Coverage varies by product even within a single provider, and it changes. Confirm it directly with them before you commit to anything.
- It is not a guarantee of suitability. A fit score is our opinion derived from the answers you gave. A high score is a reason to look closely at a provider, not a conclusion that they are right for you.
- It is not an offer, and no contract with any provider is formed through this site.
Accuracy and availability
We put care into the questions and the scoring, but we do not warrant that the tool is free of error or that it will be continuously available. We may change the questions, the scoring rules, the provider list or the tool itself at any time, and we may withdraw it. Every result records which version of the scoring rules produced it.
Providers are independent of us
The providers we name are separate companies. We do not act for them and they do not act for us. Anything you agree with a provider is between you and them, on their terms, and we are not a party to it and not responsible for it. Where we may be compensated for a referral, that is set out on our affiliate disclosure page, and it contributes nothing to any fit score.
Acceptable use
Use the site for evaluating providers for your own organisation. Do not attempt to interfere with it, extract its scoring rules by automated means, submit other people’s personal data to it, or use it to send email to addresses that are not yours.
Liability
The tool is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from a decision you make on the basis of a result, from anything a provider does or fails to do, or from the tool being unavailable. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Your data
What we collect and why is set out on the privacy page. Email is optional, is only offered after your result is already shown, and every message we send carries a working unsubscribe link.
